How long to go through...

I have just had the worst night ever and it's my fault. I had really spicy fajitas last night without thinking and have been paying for it since midnight. Poor 6 week old DS has been writhing, farting and just uncomfortable and hasn't slept very well. I have been up for hours now and just as he went to sleep my toddler woke. Payback or what?
Anyway...how long does it take for spicy food to disappear from the milk? Am assuming it has gone by now and took hours to process for him. Never again.

Aw poor little thing! It should only take a few hours, I hope he recovers soon!

Should be gone by now. We've all done it so don't worry. Will you be able to get some sleep today?

Nope...another family xmas do...yawn...sleep is overrated.
At least little one is getting some sleep. Taking an overtired infant to a noisy family do would just be the pits.
