Night feeding bras?

PootleTheFlump · 18/12/2009 14:11

What is the difference between a normal nursing bra and a night time one? I only bought 2 nursing bras and am wearing them pretty much round the clock. My friend mentioned her "night" feeding bras. Do I need to get some and any recommendations? Thank you

Maybe they're just softer or something? I got ones from Mothercare where the 'boob' bit unclips from the shoulder straps and folds down that were very comfy for sleeping in

this kind of thing with less shaping

I find the sleep bras comfortable for wearing at home than the normal nursing bras. Mothercare sell two types - one sort is like a camisole with drop-down clips, and the other sort is a sort of wrap / cross-over bra. I have both sorts and find the latter gives you more support and is less fiddly than the former (I still haven't mastered the art of doing it all with one hand) and the soft fabric means you can whip out the breast quicker especially as my DD will scream as if she's starving to death if I take too long latching her on!

I bought night feeding bras from Mothercare.
I still wake up with milk everwhere, and as soon as I turn on my side, boobs fall out or breast pads fall out.
It's getting a bit of a habit to wake up with a breast pad on my face.....

This may just be because of 'Normas Knockers however.
