Ds 8mth has 2 bottom teeth (half grown say!) and for a bit has nipped when first put him on but now its EVERY time i put him on, one big bite and lots of little ones throughout feed.
When he's finished i try taking off but there is no pattern to when he will do it.
I say no, take him off, ouch etc but he either laughs or crys!
His top two are on the way and realise they could be sore but feel im overdosing him on teething remedies just so i can feed him!
Im dreading getting the top ones it will be a real bite....
Any advice?

Well I've fed mine for several years each with a full set of teeth and biting is not to do with getting teeth but to do with getting a reaction from mummy.

" I bit mummy and she makes such a funny noise!"

Each time it happens (and you have to do this every time) not only remove him from your breast but plonk him on the floor next to you. He will wail (a lot) but don't pick him up for at least a few seconds. Then pick him up cuddle him and feed him again. If you continue to do this every time he will quit biting quite quickly!
