Yesterday was a really awful day and I didn't realise until about 7pm that I hadn't eaten anything.
Also not eaten very much today because I'm feeling too upset/stressed to eat. However, now my DD keeps pooping normal coloured but jelly like poo. And I'm worried that she hasn't wee'd but I haven't paid a huge amount of attention.

She seems fine but I'm worried. Is it because I skipped out on eating yesterday? :/

How old is your DD?

I think this baby's about 3.5 months, yes?

If your baby seems fine, then it's likely she is fine....you could call the HV and check.

Jelly like poo prob means there's a bit of mucus in it....no worries, usually. If you are certain she hasn't wee'd for hours and hours, then you'd be looking for her to do so, of course.

Going without food for a day will have no impact at all on your feeding, her pooing or her weeing, though.

Yep DD is 3.5 months. She otherwise seems fine, but I think I have paranoid parent syndrome (ha).

Glad to know that I've not neglected her by neglecting myself (phew!)

Does the paranoia ever get easier? EEK!
