After pains after 4 months?

Occasionally while feeding ds (2nd child) at night I am getting a really uncomfortable ache a bit like the ones I had early on all the time when I fed him (presumably the uterus contracting back into shape). It doesn't happen all the time (am feeding him a few times at night at the moment) but last night it was v uncomfortable and lasted a few minutes afterwards as well. Never get it during the day. It's not exactly pain, just a weird kind of aching feeling that makes me need to tense and stretch my stomach muscles to alleviate it.

Has anyone else had this?

yes I did too and posted a thread about it on here too (but have namechanged since)

A lot of people on here said it was too late for afterpains and that it could be something else but they went away in the end, and as I only got the pains while feeding I can't see that they could've been anything else.

A few strange things happened to me physically after having this baby and at times I thought I would never get back to feeling normal, but at nine months on now I can say that I do feel normal again, it's just taken a bit longer than last time. Maybe because I am older, I don't know.
