Tommee Tippee bottles and explorer cups

DD is starting nursery next week and she uses the Tommee Tippee explora weaning bottles/cups.

The nursery have said I need to send the water for her formula pre-prepared (i.e. boiled and cooled), which means I will need to put in 3 lots of water for the day, as she may need 3 lots of milk (and they can only keep each lot of formula for an hour).

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a blank kind of lid, like the ones Avent make for their bottles, for the tommee tippees? The bottles are identical to the closer to nature bottles.

I also wonder if you can get the handles anywhere separately?
