how much should I express?

My baby is 3 weeks old, I am expressing from the boob she has just fed from and, after five minutes, I have 4oz. My boobs leak everywhere all the time so i don't want to over stimulate them, but I want to send the kids to be babysat for a couple of hours this afternoon so I can get some sleep so there needs to be enough. When should I stop?

Right, I stopped at 5oz, as I remember DD1 only having 7oz at six months, so there is no way a three week old needs that much! I would like an answer on this for future reference, if anyone knows...

Also, remind me - for feeding this afternoon, do I stick it straight into a bottle and into the fridge and get the ILs to put it in a jug of warm water to warm up to body temp when the baby wants it? I forget what we did with DD1 and my mum just took the container of frozen milk off me and sorted it herself when she babysat last week for me. I think FIL will need explicit instructions though, going on expeirience...
