My DD2 had swine flu and wouldn't feed properly for five days - both my boobs got very engorged but now she's pretty much back to normal feeding every 2-2.5 hours. But something has happened to my left boob - my letdown has gone totally crazy and DD2 often refuses to feed from it. Leaning back doesn't help. Any thoughts? Will it calm down again?

Feed from the right side first and let the left squirt into a muslin then finish off on the overactive left so shes not taking much from that side to encourage it to produce less. Alternatively get your pump out and grab the opportunity to stock up your milk stock in the freezer. Your supply should settle down in a few days. If not phone a Breast feeding councillor.
