Stressing about this.

Found headlice Mon night so phoned docs first thing yesterday morning. I was worried about DS 9 weeks having them. I neglected to tell him that I am BF. (I think he should have asked!) He prescribed Lyclear for me and OH.
I applied lotion last night as damn things driving me insane and after had applied (I know - I'm an idiot) read about breastfeeding.

Now searching web for info and can't find out anything - not even on MN!

Please could someone advise what the potential issue could be?

This goes on your head, right? So it's not systemic - ie it doesn't circulate in your body.

Topical medication is usually very safe with bf, but you can check for more information here:

Active ingredient is permethrin - just search on that.
