Breastfeeding while pregnant

Can I keep it going?
DD was 1 last week and I am 15weeks pregnant. I had no intention of weaning her fully yet as I fed DS until he was 14months (admit I stopped because I was pg with her nd my boobs were sore) But last night I was up every 2hrs and she was asking for milk. DH gave her a bottle but I clearly don't have enough milk to satisfy her at the moment.
Is this the beginning of the end?

I feel really inadequate and gutted that I no longer seem able to provide what she needs

yes, you can keep it going! It takes a bit of determination to get through the sore breasts stage, but if you perservere it stops being sore (well, it did for me anyway!) and if you keep on, you will still have some milk even if your supply does drop.

I am pregnant and due in a few weeks and still bf my 18 month old!

You can keep going, DD is 14 months and I am 15 weeks preganant. She comes in for 'boop'as she calls it, in bed in the morning and I know she isn't getting much as I only hear her swallow occasionally. She swaps sides then will sit up and ask for cup milk please. Latching hurts like hell and sometimes brings tears to my eyes but it only lasts a few seconds then she is fine. DD shows absolutley no signs of wanting to stop even without the supply there, she is happy to comfort suck and get what she can.

i had painful latching while pg, it was horrendous and I'm in awe of women who have that from the start and still feed. It went one the baby was born, I'm pleased to report
