Liquorice allsorts and breastfeeding??

I just bought a bag of liquorice allsorts and then something rang a bell and I googled and it says liquorice (herbal remedy) is not recommended for breastfeeding mothers due to altering hormone levels.

But liquorice allsorts would be ok wouldn't they? I really fancy them! Anyone know?

I really wouldn't worry it must be such a small amount!

they are mostly sugar I think.

I love them and have eaten them while bf and hasn't made any difference to me - didn't know you weren't supposed to eat liquorce!
