Can you have thrush without any obvious symptoms?

I'm trying to work out why my DD2 (14 wks) still fusses quite a bit and does the latch on, pull off thing.

She never seems to come off with that 'milk drunk' look.

She's been gaining well.

It's been going on for a month or so now. She's been following the same growth pattern on the centile chart.

Evenings are still pretty tough. She's v unsettled.
