What to do with frozen colostrum?

I have a big bag of frozen milk I expressed five days after DS was born. It's really yellow compared with the milk I've expressed since then, so I guess there's a lot of colostrum in there. DS is two months now and I don't want to waste the milk (especially as I've never managed to express as much since).

PILs have offered to let us go out tomorrow night. Will this milk be OK to give him?

Also, any idea (roughly) how much a greedyguts hungry 2mo takes in one feed?
