Should I drop the dream feed now?

DS (22 weeks and exclusively BF) astonished me last night by sleeping through for 12 hours for the first time. He previously woke for a dream feed at 11ish every night, managing at best a 7 hour stint afterwards (and often a lot less). I'm now wondering whether I should drop the dream feed. The only thing really holding me back is concern about his weight; he dropped down the centiles for a couple of months and has only just stabilised. Can I trust him to regulate his own milk intake and let him sleep a long as he wants, or should I continue to wake him for a dream feed until we start weaning?

Trust him to regulate. He'll take more in the morning and before sleep within a few days.

Well done btw for getting this far.
