How long does thawed frozen breastmilk last?

Going back to work tomorrow

I got out some frozen BM for tomorrow afternoons feed. It's defrosting in the fridge now. Will it be ok for tomorrow pm's feed or have I got it out the freezer too early.

I did do a quick google search and it said it was ok in fridge for 24 hours. Is this from getting it out the freezer or once it is completely defrosted?

breastfeeding network say it is safe for 12 hours once defrosted if defrosted in and stored in the fridge, see below link.
