When to drop the dream feed?

I am breastfeeding my 6 month DD at 10.30 ish, and then generally she wakes 3/4ish for a feed, and then again at 6.30ish. I'd like to drop the dream feed as she doesn't feed for long and I think it has become more habit than hunger (I've tried skipping it but she wakes anyway). Should I wait until she is sleeping through the night before doing this though? Or is it better to drop the dream feed and continue with feeding at 3/4ish?

Im no expert, but I let my LO decide when he no longer wanted the dreamfeed. Before dropping it he sometimes did not feed for long, but other times would. He decided he no longer wanted it at 10 months.

dd dropped it at 10 mths and had been sleeping though until 5.30/6 for a couple of months by then (I noticed she was feeding for a shorter and shorter time at the dreamfeed and just stopped offering it).

ds is 13 mths and I have just stopped offering the dreamfeed - he has started waking in the night again but I think this is teeth rather than hunger as I can normally settle him without feeding.

I would be inclined to wait until she is sleeping though before dropping it but that is just how I've approached it.
