Acne on nipple area

Hi, Do you think having acne on nipple is a cause to worry? I only noticed this yesterday while taking the shower.

do you think it could be this rather than acne?

yes it looks quite same but it's not red in colour. It is a little yellowish and it's on the left of the nipple. I just don't know what to think. I'm worried.
