How long is milk supply maintained when feeding an older baby?

I am currently bf my ds3, 17 months only now once a day before bed. He has dropped this right down himself. Recently though he is barely on for 30 seconds before he wants to get down and kiss daddy and go to bed

Will my supply be okay if he does this intermittently?
Is he giving up bf?

Will be back in the any for any replies

TIA

sorry if this sounds judgey, its not I'm just curious:

if he isnt really interested in drinking your milk anymore then why are you worried about your milk supply being okay?

Because it might be a phase salby???

Your supply will be well establised by now and should cope just fine with one feed a day.. my DS is 26m and regularly goes a few days without wanting to BF and then its only once a day.. my supply is just fine.

salbysea...because some nights he has loads and other nights he doesn't. Was wondering if this would affect supply in any way for the nights after the disinterested nights IYSWIM.
What exactly are you judging?

Thanks Devendra
