Help! Blocked ducts while BFing 13mo and working part-time

Have two or three large lumps in my left breast that seem to be getting bigger.

Have been getting on fine with feeding DS in the morning and at bedtime on my days at work, then feeding on demand on my days off.

Back from a week's holiday where I fed on demand day and night (for the first time in a long time), but a week later I seem to have developed these lumps and feeding on this side is painful. Right boob is floppy and lump free. What should I do? I thought maybe expressing would clear it, but I don't want to express if it will make it worse...

Not much advice, but some sympathy here. I suffer from blocked ducts quite a lot. I too work part time, and DD (14 months) seems to go up and down in terms of feeding amounts, which seems to be the problem. Hopefully things will even out as you get back into your routine?
I've never found that expressing helps much - I need a dyson-style baby to hoover out the milk and my pump just doesn't cut it!
