Does anyone have a link to that thread that had the benefits of breastfeeding to a certain age?

There was a great post a while back that had a timeline. It had 'If you give one feed, you give your baby X benefits. If you feed for a week, you give your baby Y benefits' and so on.

Was just wondering if anyone had a link to it because it was fab.
