After fairly successful BF for seven weeks one of my breasts seems to have deflated and is not producing enough. Latch seemed to be ok although DS has been pulling away part way through the feed over the last week and taking ages so I should have realised earlier something was wrong. Now DS is still starving after feeding on this side and I have slight aching pain which may be mastitis I know - but is this the cause or the result of low milk supply/poor delivery. Feeding from other side is absolutely fine. What is going on?
