breastfeeding whilst lying down and coughing

My 16 month old dd seem to cough after I breastfeed her whilst lying down at night. This is particularly noticeable when my breasts are full and she has quite a bit to feed. The cough sounds like there is phlegm at the back of her throat. Is this anything to worry about? Should I still carry on feeding her whilst lying down? She doesn't cough any other times, so I am not really worried about a chest infection or anything like asthma. Also, she doesn't always cough, just when I am engorged and she has fed quite a bit. Any advice would be kindly appreciated.
