nipple shells are they any good?

been thinking of getting some as i leak lots when feeding has anyone used them are they any good?

I used them with DS1. I could gather enough milk for DH to do a night feed for me.

Word of warning though, don't lean forward. mine had little spouts at the top and I would end up pouring out any milk gathered if I didn't think.
