BF at 18 months - how much is enough?

Am still BF at 18 months - first thing in the morning and again at bedtime. Hoping to carry on Bf until 2 as per WHO guidelines if possible.

DS doesn't have cow's milk to drink as a drink but does have yoghurt and cheese and what-not.

Is this enough for him milk-wise?

I would have thought so - does he not like cows' milk?

Doesn't seem keen on drinking it for some reason - not sure why as he loves yoghurt and cheese.

I was a bit concerned about this too as DC (13m) doesn't seem to like cows' milk. I looked it up in Birth to Five and as I recall it said they need 3 'servings' of milk a day, but that can be a drink of milk, or a yogurt, or some cheese or whatever. So that sounds fine.
