taking ebm out for the day

I am currently expressing about 3/4 of DD's (16weeks) feeds -the remainder being 1 bf when she wakes up in the morning, an occasional bf dreamfeed if she hasn't fed much in the day and a couple of bottles of formula. She won't bf during the day for some reason best known to herself!

At home I keep bottles of ebm in the fridge and warm them up to room temperature but is there a way of taking a couple of bottles out with me? Would I have to take them in a cool bag and take a flask to warm them up or is it safe to just put them in my changing bag and let them come up to room temperature over a few hours? I know bm is different from formula but this still doesn't sit right with me!

hana - I know it can be stored at room temp but what if it has previously been in the fridge?
