Morrisons multibuy promotion on Aptimil

Morrisons are doing a 10 for £5 promo on Aptimil cartons (stage 3) - I thought this was not allowed under guidelines for marketing / selling formula?

Does anyone know?

if it is a follow on milk it escapes the guidelines, i think?

stage 3 sounds like it might fall into this category

I thought that might be the case...but had never seen any type of price promotion before.

stage 3 is follow on milk. I used to use Sma Progress and they sometimes had offers on the tins of powder.

Afraid they can do that. Only milk suitable from birth to 6mnths is covered by current law.
