Youch! I have a nasty blister on one of my nipples which DD (13 wks) kicked and burst during her feed this morning. I was hoping to get to my GP before it popped (sorry - too graphic!) but now will have to feed from it in about 2 hours. Help! How can I prevent immense pain? And any tips for quick healing? We already use nipple shields at every feed (suggested by midwife on day 2 and then kinda got stuck in the habit...) In fact, I think it was the edge of one of them rubbing that gave me blister in first place.
