No poo!

DS, 5 months, ebf, had dirty nappy last friday, then on monday, then nothing since. usually at least once a day. weeing lots, feeding ok, soft tummy, passing wind as usual. seems a bit grouchy this afternoon. i have tried massaging tummy.
What now? please excuse one handed typing due to grouchy baby.thanks.

Its most likely normal. Don't worry about it as long as he isn't distressed or in pain, and when he does go it is soft and he isn't excessively straining.

Breastfed babies can go anything from several times a day up to once a week or even less, neither matters as long as he is well.

He may well be building up to a huge one...

If you are worried, get him checked out by your GP but this is very very common.

thanks. he's gone to sleep now so can't be too bothered! monday's effort was VERY soft and VERY huge (why did it have to be at postnatal group?!)
