ds (8.5 months) has just had a real few weeks of not wanting to bf much, after voraciously feeding up until then. In the last week or so he's got really back into it again (and has also sprouted SIX new teeth). Did he go off it as he'd started crawling? Or was teething? Any ideas? Just interested - dh reckons it's cos he was reday to wean and now has passed that particular "window"????

I think when their gums hurt they go off food of all kinds, and sucking hurts. I think your dh is talking bollocks - and I mean that in the nicest possible way
seriously, kids go off their food all the time. Doesn't mean they will never eat again, does it?
