How should I go about weaning a 6 month old from bf to ff?

My DD is 19 weeks. I have decided (I think) to change DD to ff from 6 months. Please can anyone tell me how I should go about this?

I will be weaning onto solids aswell. Do I gradually swop a feed ie every few days? Can I give feeds at set times (this is the plan).

Thx SBx

I've always found it easier to swap one feed at a time (every few days), easier on your body and less stressful with DD as they can be slow to take a bottle. I'd start with a feed that is at a different time to solid. Sometimes it can be easier to get another person to do the first bottle feeds.
