quick question - can i use vick nasal spray?

am breastfeeding but so bunged up. i know some nasal sprays say don't use if bf-ing but this just says consult gp.

It's the ephidrine / pseudo-ephidrine thats the problem in some cold medicines. Is that an ingredient? You could check with the BFN line
