TRANSITION FROM FORMULA TO COW'S MILK

I breast fed DS for 9 months then introduced formula. He has just turned one and I've been mixing his Hipp Organic with cow's milk for a couple of weeks, gradually increasing. He seems fine with this. When can I give him only milk as I'm reaching the last of the formula today?

you can give it him from now as he is 1

It's fine to give him cow's milk now

Do it now.

Just swap over, it will be fine.

was just about to post this very same question. DD2 is 1yo, very small (18lbs!), has 20-24oz formula/day (3 8oz bottles), eats solids well but not MUCH of anything iyswim. Am nervous about swapping to cows milk although Dr has advised it (am in US, no HVs here)

Didn't stop BFing DD1 until she was 18mos, plus she is a human dustbin (despite being tiny) and never had any worries over her not getting enough.
