Hi,
Im expressing BM every night as im due to go on my sisters Hen night at the begining of Aug and wondered if using boiling water over my expressing equiptment is ok. i wash it all first with soapy water then sit it in boiling water for about 5 mins.... is this ok or should i use a propper steraliser?

The hot soapy water on its own is enough really.
