After my last pregnancy I lost no weight in the first 6 months, then managed to get most of it off after I had stopped bfing.
This time I have some big social events coming up and I would really like to lose some weight in the next couple of months. DD is 10 weeks and fully bfed, and was a CS so I'm only just being able to get back to any kind of exercise.
So question is what sort of diet plan won't affect the bfing, but will work on my big fat bits ?
