Lump on nipple?

When my baby was about 2 weeks old I mentioned this to the MW but I can't remember if she actually looked or not. She told me it was probably a blocked duct or something and would go with a few days of feeding. Well DD is 10 weeks old now and it is still there. Doesn't bother me or anything, but it is showing no signs of going.

It is white and quite small, doesn't effect feeding or anything.

Mainly wanted to know if it is something to worry about or if I can just ignore it?

It could be a oil/spot/blocked pore type thing. Squeeze it.
