could bf 7wk old ds2 be constipated?

He hasn't pooed since Friday morning and just now when I changed him he had a fleck of poo no bigger than an ant which i thought might mean he has some stuck.

They can go 10 days without pooing - they digest and use everything. Don't worry

very very unlikely that he is constipated.... Lots of young babies don't poo for days - some friends of ours had one that pooed every 10 days - bit of an event when it did happen apparently ! They also go through stages where they may poo every day for a while and then change to every 3-4 days it is all perfectly normal. Unless he is showing any sign of discomfort then don't worry.
