Nothing comes out

DS is 10 month and for the last few month I have been BFing him morning and evening and expressing in the afternoon and after he's gone to bed to give EBM to his CM. But last night, when I tried expressing, nothing came out, and again now.
Nothing has changed as far as I can see. I can't understand why it all changed from one day to the next.

Am not an expert - so hope someone better will be along soon. But I remember that some things affect letdown - booze (pls don't take offence! I do have the odd glass of wine in the evenings so absolutely no judgement made!) and stress (like worrying about why it's not working). Also, there isn't any problem with your pump. I was wondering if one of the fiddly little seals might be gone and the vacuum isn't working right?

Thanks Gruffalo. Bizarrely after writing that post, I was able to express. So it was something to do with letdown. Very odd.

Now that's interesting. I just posted about an unreliable letdown, and now I'm wondering if it might be my huge alcohol intake the odd beer I've started having recently after DS has gone to bed. I'll knock it on the head for a day or two and see if things improve. Bit gutted if that's the key as it's been so nice being able to have the odd drink again!
