Slow let down reflex

I've never had a problem with this before, but the last few days my let down has been really, really slow. It can take two or three minutes!! It's really hard for ds because, understandably, he gets frustrated that there's nothing coming out! I'm exclusively bf except for a top-up of ebm at 7pm, and ds is 5 months. What causes this? Can I do anyhitng to get it back to normal?

I used to find my let down sometimes took up to 5 mins if I was stressed out or if dd was feeding more than usual..she used to get so annoyed at me and break off to cry, which of course made it worse. The only thing I ever found to make it better was to slow my breathing and try and relax all my muscles but I know that is easier said than done when you have a screaming fit on your hands!

Yoga breathing definately helps, as does any form of relaxation. I find thinking about milk flowing from my nipples does it, as does thinking about any sort of fluid, really. Oh, and drinking water while feeding speeds it up.
