Alternatives to breastpads/shells

I'm sure I've read on here about a product that stops leaking breasts and isn't a breastpad or a breast shell, but works via pressure on the nipple to stop anything coming out... Can anyone tell me if I've imagined this or if not, what they're called?

TIA

Lily padz

I've never used them. I've heard they are less effective if you have a very strong let down of milk.

Found lily padz quite good but I keep them for 'best' as apparently the stickiness only lasts for about a month of use. When i podded out 15 quid I thought they would last the rest of my bf career.

DS doesn't like attaching after I've used them as my nips seem to temporarily hard hence only using now and again. he seems to prefer a mouthful of fluff from my washable ones!

good for those occasions when you want to get dressed up and not have your pads showing. can also go braless if you want to - but i'm a ridiculous 34J so not really an option for me!

Thanks for that - sounds like they are not quite the miracle product I'd hoped, for £15! I leaked like a sieve last time and found the EmmaJane washable pads useless as they just soaked through, so ended up buying loads of disposables.
