How do I cut out these last two feeds?

11mo is finally sleeping through the night (hurrah!) and not feeding to sleep during the day anymore and thus down to two BF feeds - first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

He drinks a bit of milk (usually about 50ml) from a cup in the afternoon, has 100ml milk on his weetabix in the morning and plenty of cheese/custardy-type food, so I'm confident that once is 1yo, he will be getting his milk requirements elsewhere. Also, as some of you know, I am desperate to give up BFing.

However, he still has a full feed at both opportunities and doesn't drink a hug amount of water.

What's the best way to cut out these two feeds over the next month and keep everybody happy?

It sounds like your prepation for stopping BFing is going great. Your DS is clearly getting plenty of milk and maybe he eats yogurt, cheese etc too? Dropping the morning feed will probably be the easier of the two because it can be replaced with a cup of milk, a cuddle and a prompt breakfast. The evening one can be replaced also with a cup of milk on your knee so that he gets the cuddle, the nutritian and the routine that the BFing gave him. You'll probably find that, with a little encouragement, his water intake will naturally increase, especially as the summer heats up. Good luck with it.
