blood in milk....

oh dear, was sat here expressing, when I noticed that my nipple was bleeding
It's a nasty crack that I have had for ages and it's just getting better but had re-opened.

Anyway, the milk now has a tinge to it... should I throw it away?
I feel crappy about throwing my milk away!, but I dont like the thought of DS drinking my blood!

No do not throw it away. The blood will do no hard. However, turn the suction down on pump or better still hand express from that breast as it is less traumatic.

i figured if i was b/f he'd have drunk it anyway and I wouldn't even know.
Will go a bit easier on my poor booby!
