Forgetting how to breastfeed?

Hi all, can someone please help...

DD2 is 5.5 months and has been exclusively breastfed. I often express too but she refuses/hasn't a clue how to take a bottle.

In the last few days, she sems to have forgotten how to breastfeed...it started with my right breast where all she would do is suck my nipple (to death) but not actually have a feed.

Now she is doing it on both sides. She refuses a dummy and is using my nipples instead...please advise as I want her to eat, am very full and have already expressed once today purely for my own relief.

Thanks in advance

P.S, def not a latching issue

If you're sure her latch is ok, (and if she's started to teethe(?) it might not be) I'd contact La Leche or someone similar for advice. Good luck.
