dd (10 weeks) slept through last night!

from about 8.30 till 6am! she's exlusively bf and is on the 98th centile (had her weighed today)
I thought you had to night feed for good milk supply - should I wake her in the night if she doesn't wake tonight? if so, how many times?

Neither of mine sleep through (they are 1 and 3)

I wouldn't wake her. My dd occasionally sleeps through and its never been a problem for my supply (she's on 98th centile too). She's not done it for weeks now though, so enjoy it while it lasts!
