A friend has switched from BF to FF, her son is 5 months - she's asked me if it is normal for him to sick up quite watery sick when he's not had water that day.
My children never had formula so I don't really know, although I do remember that they could bring up either cottage cheese type 'milk' or more watery sick.
Anyway - is this normal ?
