pea sized lump under left nipple

Any ideas what this might be? DD is 19 weeks and i've never noticed anything like this before. Both breasts have been engorged for the past few days, my left breast is back to normal now and i've discovered this lump in it. I've tried to massage it out while feeding but no luck, it feels like it hasn't changed in size at all. It isn't painful.

Coincidently my right breast isn't yet back to normal and is still engorged and feels very tender and bruised, it is lumpy towards the outer edge but at each feed I am able to massage out these lumps so I'm not concerned about these. The lump in my left breast feels different to these. There is no hotness in either breast. Any ideas?

You just need to go to the doctor and get it checked out. I had lumps that came and went during bfing but I went and had them checked by the doc anyway - you need to do it for your peace of mind.

I've had one exactly like that since dd was about 3wks (now 23wks) but I haven't bared my breasts to anyone yet...kind of about getting jubblies out so doctor can poke them. If you're brave and go, please tell me what they said!!
