But mumsnet is not the place to go into detail about how to deal with it, sorry.
If the student ants have an issue with the bfcs in your area they have to be honest and take it up with them. It is far better to be open and frank about difficulties, than to pretend everything's ok...just to prevent a bit of awkwardness and embarassment.
I am a bit shocked at the tutor not explaining this, to be honest.
All NCT classes have to include a bfc to facilitate the bf part of the course, if there is one available. This is because they are NCT classes, not the teacher's classes. If there's anything the bfc says or does which does not sit well with the teacher, then for goodness sake, talk about it!
