My DD1 had reflux and we used domperidone (aka Motilim) which speeds the transit of milk through the gut as well as easing any nausea.

We did have Infant Gaviscon as well and mixed it up in tiny bottles made from the neck and slow flow teat of a narrow neck bottle attached to a hospital breast pump bottle as it had markings in 2 ml increments.

We gave up on IG quickly as DD1 pooed marbles with the consistency of setting concrete which caused almost as much distress as the reflux and did nothing to stop the vomiting.

If you need some support to keep bfeeding, please remember that breastmilk has antacid properties and isn't as painful to vomit up.
