Avent IQ steriliser - help needed from owners please

Hello,
Are there different IQ sterilisers?
I want the IQ24 (continuous cycles giving sterile bottles 24 hours per day). I bought one off ebay described as this but it has arrived and I cannot get it to work as 24 hours. It is called the naturally express IQ and only seems to do one cycle at a time - is this a different product? If not then any tips on how I can get mode 2 as when I press the button twice it just goes from 0 to mode 1 then back to 0 again.
please help as if this is a missold item then i need to act on it.

hmmm, I amm not 100% but TBH it sounds like a different product. I have the 24 one and you just press once to go to cycle 1 and twice for 2.

Different ID - It sounds like the OP is talking about a tottally differnt one TBH as the first one you linked to is the 24 which should go on 2 settings and hers only has one where as the second has a little push down button (ie not digital) which isn't what hers is from what I can gather from the OP.

I've had a look at their website and those are the only 2 electric ones I could see.
