How long does it take once stopped bf for them to go back to normal?

I have stopped bf just over a month now but my boobs are still big!

I was a steady 30FF before bf. I got measured the other day cos I couldn't wait to wear an underwired bra for the support and to my horror I was 30HH.

I hate this and need to know when they are going to get smaller my back is a constant pain Please tell me!!!!

Oh, I really want to know about this, I've gone from 34G to 36K !!!!! I can't wait for them to go back to normal once I finish, and was hoping they would return within a month or so
