We are going on holiday shortly and my son will be four months old. I will still be breastfeeding exclusively. As it will be warm, should I supplement bf with water?

You shouldn't need to but you may find that he ups his frequency/amount of feeds if it is warmer.

No need to supp with water - babies are best excl bf till about six months. Like Liz says, he'll prob feed more often.

Nature is v clever and breast milk is both food and drink. Hope you enjoy your holiday!
